Introducing Iyari Cevallos

Iyari excels in art of facilitation and in the rescuing of projects that are off track in respect of time, cost or quality expectations or benefit realisation. She is experienced in supporting organisations facing operational challenges or undergoing transformational change, through practical performance review methods and solutions, targeted stakeholder engagement underpinned by communications strategies, fit for purpose change management, robust governance and a coaching approach to stakeholder capability uplift.

Recently working at one of the big four consultancy firms, Iyari has proven her ability to both navigate and motivate teams to deliver unique solutions in highly complex environments, with a desire to achieve excellence in her work. She's been passionate about finding new ways of working for each client she's supported, demonstrating her leadership capability across many unique challenges in ASX 100 and Government owned entities. Delivering and enabling digital transformation solutions whilst optimising business in order to achieve effective operational cultures and gain competitive advantage.

In recent years Iyari has dedicated a significant part of her free time supporting and enabling Not for Profit organisations and Partnership Programs, driving a positive social impact and enabling change in the communities around her. This experience has inspired her to build on her passion for societal causes and has afforded her greater insight into the challenges not for profit organisations experience as well as the wider implications that society and politics plays in enabling successful outcomes for the benefit of all.

Say hello to Bryan Drennan

He has a deep understanding of finances and financial services having spent a number of years in Europe at Barclays Capital and here in Australia at WestPac/St George Wealth management divisions leading transformational change as well as Merger and Acquisition programs.
